The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to stay.

Early check-in reservations are not accepted. A signed electronic agreement is required for check-in.

A security deposit is required and will be refunded after the apartment is inspected. This deposit may be increased to RUB 5000.00 depending on the number of guests, their age, length of stay, and holidays.

Smoking, parties, pets, loud music, and disturbing neighbors are prohibited.
