Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Russian citizens must provide a valid Russian passport when completing online registration. An online agreement with the privacy policy is additionally signed with the guests. For more information on check-in, guests must contact the accommodation in advance. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
It is mandatory to identify the guest by passport and make a refundable deposit before check-in.
The deposit is refunded on the day of departure after the cleaning is completed, subject to the rules of accommodation.
Guests are kindly asked to contact the property one day before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Check-in and payment instructions are sent to the guest's phone via WhatsApp and Telegram messengers the day before arrival or on the day of arrival before 09:00 PM, guests can check in using the code at any time after 03:00 PM.
The standard check-in time is from 03:00 PM, check-out is until 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are agreed separately upon agreement with a possible surcharge.
The elevators are covered with construction film, and some neighbors may have renovation work done until 07:00 PM.
It is forbidden in the apartment:
-smoking of any substances, in case of violation, a fine in the amount of a deposit is charged, there are smoking sensors in the apartment;
-hosting parties and noisy events;
-aggressive behavior or requirements that are not specified in the description of the apartment;
-stay in the room of people over the amount stated in the reservation;
-accommodation with pets is subject to agreement. The surcharge for the entire period is RUB 3000.00, an increased deposit of RUB 10000.00 is requested.
The cost of single and double accommodation for couples is the same, provided that guests are accommodated in the main sleeping place — beds. When placing the second guest on a folding sofa, an additional cost of RUB 1000.00 is requested for the provision of another set of bed linen. If there are actually three guests instead of the stated two in the booking, then the cost is higher by RUB 1000.00 per day for every third and fourth guest with the provision of an additional set of bed linen, towels and bathroom accessories.
Children under 3 years old can stay free of charge if they are accommodated in a bed with their parents. |
