The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 23:00.

Check-in is done remotely. On the day of arrival, a welcome message containing a Residence Agreement will be sent to the phone number provided during booking. This document must be completed before check-in.

On the day of arrival, at 02:00 PM, guests will receive detailed instructions on how to check in, including how to find the object, how to get inside the building, the lock code for entering the room, the passage scheme and additional landmarks.

24 hours before arrival, the administrator will contact the guests and send a link to the payment for the stay if the payment has not been made and the guests have chosen the payment upon arrival rate.

The administrator will also send a link to fill out the accommodation agreement. This agreement must be completed before check-in. After submitting it, guests will have access to all their own entry details.

If guests have any questions, the administrator is always in touch and helps at any stage.

The following is not recommended on the hotel premises:

– drinking alcoholic beverages;

– using tobacco products;

– public displays of romantic feelings;

– wearing clothes that do not cover the shoulders and knees, in swimsuits, swimming trunks, or without clothes on the upper part of the body;

– visiting the gym without appropriate sportswear that covers the knees and shoulders.
