Additional information
Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. The reception is open 24/7.
The on-site spa complex features: an air-hydro-massage pool, a salt swimming pool (floating), a Jacuzzi, a panoramic sauna, a Roman bath, a hammam, a contrasting cold font and a relaxation area with sun beds. Other treatments are available at an additional cost.
Access to the spa complex without time limits and without prior appointment is included in the accommodation for rooms of the following categories: Superior, Suite, Suite with a view of Moscow City, Executive Suite, Art Suite, Presidential Suite.
For adults, the property is open to the public from 08:00 to 23:00. For visitors with children under 12 years — from 08:00 to 20:00.
Children under the age of 16 can only visit the spa when accompanied by a parent or legal representative.
For hotel guests staying in other room categories, access to the spa complex is charged extra.
Please note that pets (weighing up to 5 kg) are allowed at the hotel for an additional fee of RUB 3000.00 per guest per night.
Upon arrival, a pet bed, bowl and woof box with gifts (walking bags, branded toys and treats for the pet) are provided from the hotel. Please note that a damage deposit is required upon check-in and will be refunded on the day of check-out after checking the room. Please note that guests must have a veterinary passport with guests if guests are staying with dogs.
Breakfast in the room service is charged separately. The gym is open from 08:00 to 23:00. Conditions of admission: for hotel guests, a gym is included in the price. For non-hotel guests, the gym is available for use at an additional cost. The price also includes access to the aquathermal area of the SPA. |

Everything was special, beautiful and clean, starting from the reception staff to all the hotel staff. Frankly, they received us with a smile and a welcome, answering all inquiries, looking for the comfort and happiness of the guest. The hotel is new and integrated and close to the metro stations and next to it is a shopping mall and interest in guests and helping them with honest questions is one of the best hotels
