Modern hotel, one of the best locations, helpful staff, lovely view, most of the facilities are near the hotel such as: currency exchange, bank, pharmacy, malls, grocers, coffee shops and a lot of restaurants. To get to them you need to walk 500 meters to 1.5 km approximately. To get fair prices you need to book before one month, otherwise it depends on the season. Every-time I will stay here.

What was bad
My check-in time was 30/11, and the flight was postponed by the airline to 1/11. This was due to circumstances beyond my control, and I have not received any compensation or refund, despite having comprehensive and complete documentation for this postponement.

A wonderful and beautiful hotel located in New Arbat, with restaurants and cafes behind it and a metro station directly underneath. It is clean, has a bidet in the bathroom, offers very high security, and is perfect for families.
