Chernaya Dacha Private House 

Chernaya Dacha Private House is located in Moscow. Situated within the city limits, in the Yuzhnoye Butovo district, it is 7 km from the Moscow Ring Road, making it accessible by both private car and public transportation. The house is located directly on the riverbank, where guests can fish and feed the ducks. Shops and supermarkets are nearby, and delivery is available from all city restaurants.

The house is located on a fully fenced property, not adjacent to any neighboring property. Guests have access to one parking space on the property and two parking spaces in front of the gate.

The property features a gazebo with a barbecue area, a barbecue grill, a cauldron with a separate stove, skewers, and grill grates. Firewood is provided free of charge; guests are required to bring their own charcoal. A sauna is also available, which is included in the price of their stay.

Heating is provided by a fireplace, convector heaters, and underfloor heating. The living room is equipped with a TV, a karaoke system with two wireless microphones, and a Sony PlayStation. Karaoke can be used indoors at any time, but a quiet zone is in effect outside after 08:00 PM. 100 Mbps Wi-Fi allows for work and video streaming.

The kitchen is equipped with cookware and cooking utensils: pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. Tea, coffee, salt, sugar, and spices are provided. A triple-filtered drinking water is installed. Bed linen is pre-made, and towels and essentials are provided.

The sleeping arrangements are as follows: on the ground floor, there is a separate room with a double bed and two single beds in the living room. On the second floor, there is a chill-out area with a mattress, which can be used as an additional sitting area or for children by arrangement.
