What was bad
I had four problems with Four Seasons as follow:
1- They made the payment hard to me. The link they send to me to make the payment for the first night , it charges me too extra than what is written in the booking rate.
2- When I want to pay the rest of nights in the hotel, they did not accept the payment through union pay as St.Regis hotel did to me.
3-The bidet in the toilet that spray water only spray cold water which made it hard to
