I'm writing to share my unpleasant experience at Orange Hotel, where I stayed for 8 nights. From the start, things were off - the hotel was tricky to find because the name on the Zen hotel app was different, and once we arrived, we struggled to get in as it required a key, forcing us to lug our bags up the stairs.
