Grand deluxe Double room with city view (full double bed), 2 nights
What was good
Booked a luxury deluxe room, they upgraded us to suite 805, this room has to be the best hotel room, or any appartments in Moscow.
The room was on the highest level, and overlooked every Moscow attraction, the Kremlin, St Basils, Red Square, cathedral of Christ the saviour, 3 of Stalin sisters, and many more, what a great place to finish our holiday in Russia.

The rooms are good size but furniture is old

For the removal of mini Bar they requested a removal charge of 1500 rub, which first time iam hearing this to remove a mini bar i should pay!!!!!

Concierge services was exceptional!

More flexibility in check in, for foreigners whom just came from out of russia without local currency and need some time to exchange the currency needs some understanding from the hotel stuff. Either they accept USD or give flexibility for one day to change the currency.

Location and supportive staff , excellent and professional concierge staff,

Too expensive and cant be 5 stars , rooms are spacious but quite old and consumed , they gave us room to the side street with no view , No wash lets provided in toilets
