Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. When staying on an extra bed breakfast is not provided.
Pets are allowed in the presence of an international veterinary passport. Only the following room categories are available for accommodation of guests with pets: Standard, Superior. Accommodation is possible with one pet weighing up to 10 kg at no extra charge.
