Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. For check-in at the hotel, foreign citizens must present their original international passport, visa (if required by the migration policy of the country), and the original migration card.
Upon check-in, you must present your passport and the bank card used to pay for the reservation. Pets weighing up to 10 kg are allowed. The cost of the service is RUB 3000.00 per day for one animal weighing up to 5 kg and RUB 5000.00 per day for one animal weighing up to 10 kg. Guests are required to pay a deposit for possible additional room cleaning and damage to the property of the hotel. The deposit is refunded in full upon check-out if there is no need for additional room cleaning and no damage to property.

5-star breakfast with excellent service
Perfect, except for the shampoo and shower gel seals that required a pointed tool to open, quite hilarious for a Hilton. Sealing was impossible to strip off. I used beer bottle taps to perforate it. Likewise, water bottles were quite difficult to open.
Staff was marvelous, in my case in particular Fjodor and Anastasia.

No piano in the lobby.
