The hotel location, rooms, services is excellent. Staff were friendly helpful and speaks English and some of the Arabic. Activities were booked and arranged by the hotel. The lounge was cosy and nicely decorated. The room and cleaning services were great. Definitely if I come again my stay will be in St Regis.

What was bad
I extended the check out till 6 pm , I called the reception they informed me that i need to pay 17000 RUB but when i want to reception they told me 20000 RUB , I told them that we agreed to pay 17000 only , the receptionist told me that i called room service not reception but i am sure i called the reception and he didn’t give me the receipt..
