The hotel is very clean and taken care of, the staff is super friendly, helpful and easy going. Quality of rooms is great and value for money is good too , near metro.

The only great thing about this hotel is the location. Everything else is just ok or kind of bad.
The staff were nice, too. The room service lady was nice and helpful.

The room was dirty. There was a ball of human hair on the floor carpet. Why is the floor covered with carpet if you can’t clean it properly? The cushions were dirty. They’re not even necessary so just throw them away please. The chair and the remote controller were gross. The sw
