Worst service among all the apartment owners in Russia. In Moscow, another apartment owner didn’t extra charge for this. After check out extra charged for temporary luggages storage 1,560RUB and once we want to take the luggages, the owner changed the password without informing us, and we can’t go inside to take luggage. Hospitality is negative and this is the way how they answered customer
