1. The house Wi-Fi works via the mobile network. Occasionally, temporary interruptions may occur due to regional network conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
2. The house has two entrances, which can be a bit tricky to find at night. To make check-in smooth, we kindly ask all guests to contact our administrator one hour before arrival so we can meet you and provide assistance.
3. Thank you for your suggestion about the door. We will include clear locking instructions in each house for future guests.
4. For international guests, some messaging apps (WhatsApp and Telegram) may not work reliably. However, we are always reachable via:
— phone (available 24/7)
— SMS
— email listed on the booking page
— an additional emergency contact number for the property owner
5. The outdoor hot bath is an optional service that must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, as it requires 8–10 hours for preparation: draining used water, disinfecting, refilling with fresh water, and heating. This ensures each guest enjoys a clean and ready bath. Since it was not booked before your arrival, it could not be prepared on short notice.
6. The house is safe and in good condition, including the flooring. We also conducted an additional check following your feedback to ensure everything is perfect.
7. Outdoor lighting is available via a switch on the terrace, and we will make sure this is clearly explained in the instructions for future guests.
