The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Check-in later than 09:00 PM is possible only by prior arrangement with the hotel administration.

In rooms of the Triple Economy category, a bathroom is shared between two rooms.

In spring and summer, the reception is open until midnight. If the guests needs to check in later than this time, they must notify the owner by calling the phone number indicated in the booking confirmation so that he is expected and the reservation is not canceled.

Changing check-in and check-out times is possible by prior arrangement.

In case of check-in after 09:00 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.

From 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, check-in is free of charge by prior arrangement, from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight) - with an additional payment of 500.00 RUB.

Accommodation with pets is possible only upon prior agreement with the hotel administration, for an additional fee. The final decision on the possibility of accommodation with animals is made by the hotel on an individual basis. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
