Alyie Parusa Guest House is located in Olginka, in an area near the tributary of the Tu River. The embankment is within walking distance.

In the guest house

The guest house is built in Spanish style. In 2023, cosmetic repairs were made with complete replacement of furniture, beds, TVs, air conditioners.

On the territory of the guest house there is a dining room, as well as a summer kitchen, which is designed for mothers with young children who cannot eat in the dining room. Dishes are not provided due to the sanitary and epidemiological situation. A swimming pool with a diameter of 7 m and gazebos with barbecue areas are available.

On the territory of the guest house there are events: concerts, discos, film screenings. Guests are offered a cultural program. All activities on the territory of the hotel for vacationers are free of charge.

Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license.

All noisy activities start no earlier than 08:00 AM and end no later than 10:30 PM.

Staying in the gazebos and at the tables on the veranda of the first floor is regulated. Guests may stay there at any time, provided that the rules of public order are not violated.

Pool access is from 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM, provided there are no events, and from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM if there is an event in the evening. A technical break is from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM.

Drinking and eating in the pool is prohibited.

It is forbidden to dive headfirst from the poolside.

Children under the age of 14 without parental supervision are not allowed in the pool.

Parents are fully responsible for their children when on the premises.

The staff is not responsible for valuables and money left in the rooms.

Guests must observe cleanliness and order in public areas: gazebos, kitchen, and common area.

Meals are not served in the rooms but in the designated areas.

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

In case of damage to property, guests shall compensate for the damage.

If a guest violates the rules of accommodation, the hotel has the right to evict the guest without a refund.

If the guest leaves before the end of the stay, the guest will receive the amount paid less the amount for the next 2 days of stay (prepayment for booking on the website is not refundable).

Visiting the guest house, and handing over room keys to third parties without authorisation is not allowed.

Change of bed linen and general cleaning take place for 5 days of stay if the reservation is more than 8 days. With a shorter booking period, linen is not changed. Garbage removal and wet cleaning of the room are carried out every 3-4 days of stay.
