The hotel is located across the river from the city itself. Quiet and peaceful place just 15 minutes ride to downtown. The personnel is friendly with southern Russia flavor. Check in took just 2 minutes. The reception features cozy business area decorated in gold. Feel yourself monarch typing emails!! :) The hotel is well decorated with abundance of gold details, paintings and fine materials. Rooms are cozy and well equipped. But may lack good view from the window. Hotel SPA offers friendly service and is pretty clean and neat. Can't say if it's crowded or not. But in the night it is the relief one needs. Pool, saunas, relax room do their job well. And again, everything is clean and neat. Breakfasts are tasty. The tableware is generously heavy and table gear is of high quality. The hotel features fine bakers who produce awesome cakes served mornings. I know it might not seem healthy, but it is definitely worth it. Overall, I loved the place and would gladly come back on occasion.
