Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Additional services:

A deposit is paid upon check-in, which is returned on the day of check-out after cleaning.
The deposit is returned provided that the house is not heavily soiled, things are in their places, there is no trash or traces of smoking, and no damage has been caused to the property.
Guests are kindly requested to leave clean dishes behind. If for some reason this is not possible, guests will be charged RUB 1500.00 for cleaning.
It is possible to check in with small dogs for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 for the entire stay by prior arrangement. Cats are not allowed.
