The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. — possession of a veterinary passport and proof of a valid rabies vaccination;
— the animal must not exceed 60 cm in height at the withers (hotel staff reserve the right to refuse check-in if this requirement is not met);
— large or aggressive animals are not permitted;
— a cage is required for guests traveling with birds;
— guests must provide their pet's usual litter box, leash, muzzle, medications, and food.
Upon check-in with a pet, the guesthouse provides a welcome kit. This includes a training pad, a waste disposal bag, a blanket, and a bowl.
