At the villa

The villa is located on a gated and secured property. There is parking space for more than five cars. On the grounds, there is a 10 by 4 meter swimming pool with heating, a counter-current system, steps, and an automatic cover system. The pool is filled with artesian water, treated with ionization and ultraviolet purification, making swimming safe even for those with allergies. A special children's section in the pool can also be used as a jacuzzi.

Inside, there is a single-story house, perfectly designed for families with children. It features two bedrooms with double beds and orthopedic mattresses, as well as two bathrooms with showers. The house is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. For remote work, there is a study with three desks. The kitchen-living room includes a dining table and a sofa. For little guests, a baby crib, high chair, playpen, and toys are available upon request.
