For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

To register, Russian citizens are required to present a Russian Federation passport serving as identification within the territory of the Russian Federation.

For children under 14 years old, a birth certificate is required. If guests under 18 years old are traveling without their parents, a written parental consent is necessary.

Accommodation with small and medium-sized pets weighing up to 10 kg is allowed upon presentation of a veterinary passport. This service is available for an additional fee of RUB 250.00 per day.
