What was bad
It was an air conditioner in the website but it’s not there , and there were 2 room and 2 beds in websites but it has only one bed and small and the stuff was so rude .

Вами были забронированы двухкомнатные апартаменты, рассчитанные на 5х человек! Стоит отметить, что Вы приехали в 9 (!!!!) и требовали дополнительные спальные места, которых нет и быть не может. Вы неоднократно нарушали правила проживания. Все фотографии полностью соответствуют действительности, в забронированных Вами апартаментах не значился кондиционер, поэтому его и не было.
В следующий раз будьте внимательнее при бронировании апартаментов.

You have booked a two-room apartment for 5 people! It is worth noting that you arrived at 9 (!!!!) and they demanded extra beds, which do not exist and cannot be. You have repeatedly violated the rules of accommodation. All the photos are completely true, the air conditioning was not listed in the apartment you booked, so it was not there.
Next time, be careful when booking an apartment.
