Location is the best, near the center of city, just 3 minutes walk to the Winter Palace. The room is spacious, new and clean. There's elevator so don't worry if you carry big luggage.
What was bad
There's no washing machine in room. If you are foreigner and don't have Russia bank card, you need to go to their office to give and take back deposit when check in and out. But the office is not too far from the apartment.

This place is in the perfect location very close to the action on Nevsky St.
The room was very spacious.
A few doors down had the best English Breakfast I found in 4 weeks in Russia.
There was an awesome gym and the Subway 100m away and cafes and mini markets all around you.A+
