Additional information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. All guests are required to sign a contract and take a selfie with their passport upon arrival.
For stays with more than two children, the refundable deposit increases to RUB 10000.00. Guests must contact the hotel in advance.
There is no reception at the property, guests must call the number provided on the voucher after booking. Guests must contact the managers at least one day before check-in. The manager works until 09:00 PM, check-in must be done before this time, otherwise check-in on this day is not possible.
24-hour check-in, check-in is carried out remotely. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
When booking for 1 day, cleaning is paid additionally. Children aged 0 to 2 years can be provided with a cot as an extra bed.
The following is prohibited in the apartments:
- smoking, including electronic cigarettes, hookahs and mixtures;
- disturbing the peace from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM;
- holding parties and other mass events.
For violation of the rules: a fine in the amount of the security deposit, as well as the amount of the administrative fine and damage caused.
