The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 21:00. All guests are required to sign a contract and take a selfie with their passport upon arrival.
For stays with more than two children, the refundable deposit increases to RUB 10000.00. Guests must contact the hotel in advance.
There is no reception on site. Please contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival using the number provided in the booking confirmation. Check-in must be completed by 09:00 PM — after this time, check-in on the day of booking is not possible.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
When booking for 1 day, cleaning is paid additionally. Children aged 0 to 2 years can be provided with a cot as an extra bed.
The following is prohibited in the apartments:
- smoking, including electronic cigarettes, hookahs and mixtures;
- disturbing the peace from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM;
- holding parties and other mass events.
For violation of the rules: a fine in the amount of the security deposit, as well as the amount of the administrative fine and damage caused.
