The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel offers contactless check-in. Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel via email for further instructions. Before arrival, guests are required to complete the online check-in process, which will simplify and expedite check-in on the day of arrival. After verification of the completed registration form, documents, and payment, guests will receive instructions and a unique check-in code once their room is ready.
Early check-in is available from 8:00 AM, at no additional cost, subject to availability of a clean room. Information regarding early check-in will not be available until the day of arrival.
An additional bed on a folding bed is available upon request and subject to availability for an extra charge: from April 1 to September 30 and from December 29 to January 8, the surcharge is RUB 1500.00 per day. During other periods, the extra bed is provided for free.
When booking an additional bed, breakfast is not included and must be paid separately.
A complimentary crib can be provided as an extra bed on request, subject to availability. Guests should check availability with the reservations department in advance.
A child aged 0 to 17 years can be accommodated in an available main bed free of charge.
The maximum number of extra beds allowed per room is one. Extra beds are subject to request and require confirmation from the hotel.
Guaranteed early check-in is available at 100% of the previous night’s rate.
Non-guaranteed early check-in is free from 08:00 if rooms are available.
Late check-out until 17:00 is charged at 50% of the departure day's rate.
Late check-out after 17:00 is charged at 100% of the departure day's rate.
Pets weighing up to 10 kg are allowed for an additional fee. The cost for pets under 5 kg is RUB 500.00 per day, and for pets from 5 to 10 kg, it's RUB 1000.00 per day.
A deposit of RUB 5000.00 is required for pets, which is refunded if no damage is found in the room.

Arrivals after the specified time require prepayment of the first night's stay.
For bookings of three or more rooms, prepayment of one night's stay is required, and the terms for free cancellation may differ.
For bookings of seven or more days, a prepayment of one night's stay is required.

I had the pleasure of staying in this spacious and well-appointed apartment for five nights in May 2025, and I can confidently say it met my expectations. The location is situated right on New Arbat Street, just a short walk from Red Square, and near Old Arbat Street, which is filled with cafes, restaurants, and one of the best money exchange spots in the city, across from Star Cafe on Old Arbat Street.

The room was nice and spacious enough, It was clean and the cleaning staff provided us with whatever we needed. The localization is good and central. Possibility to cook easy meals and a mini fridge was available.

We didn’t get what we paid for, the view wasn’t as advertised on the booking. The WiFi wasn’t good and it was troublesome to keep contact with the hotel staff, it took us days to succeed on the getting our registration for foreign citize

Only thing good about this place is the location. Apart from this it was a horrible experience.
What was bad
The room was not as per the images and was very small. The bed was made of cheap soft memory foam mattress. The blanket was tattered, short and did not cover my feet. The pillows were of different sizes and looked unwashed. Despite informing the staff they did not do anything about it. The staff did not reply to even a single email that I sent.
