Additional information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Support is available daily from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Guests are required to contact the apartment two to three days prior to arrival to receive instructions for contactless check-in before 09:00 PM. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation. Upon check-in, guests must present an original passport and sign a short-term rental agreement.
A final cleaning fee is payable separately prior to check-in. A security deposit is also required; it is refundable after check-out, provided there are no claims against the guest.
