The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. An extra fold-out bed is available upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee. From 04/01 to 09/30 and from 12/29 to 01/08, the surcharge is RUB 1500.00 per night. On other dates, the extra bed is provided free of charge.
When booking an extra bed, breakfast and dinner are not included and are charged separately: breakfast — RUB 600.00, dinner — RUB 850.00.
The maximum number of extra beds in the room is one. Extra beds are available only upon request and require hotel confirmation.
Guaranteed early check-in is available at 100% of the cost of the previous night.
Non-guaranteed early check-in is available free of charge from 08:00 AM, subject to room availability.
Late check-out until 05:00 PM is charged at 50% of the daily rate; after 05:00 PM, 100% of the daily rate applies.
For stays with pets, a deposit of RUB 5000.00 is required and is refunded if no damage is found in the room. Pet accommodation costs RUB 500.00 per night for pets up to 5 kg, and RUB 1000.00 per night for pets from 5 to 10 kg.
Business travelers can use conference room rental and receive reporting documents.

1. We arrived at 14:00, but the staff told us that check-in was at 15:00. Don't book here. It costs 500 rubles a day to get a residence certificate. It costs 1,000 rubles for me to stay for two days. It's pure black shop. When I booked a parent-child double room, there were three 1-meter single beds. There was no hot water in the shower at night. There was no Wi-Fi in the hotel.
