The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).
Guests can get to the hostel from two sides: from the Obvodniy channel embankment 155 and from Izmailovsky Prospekt, 22 (entrance to the arch). From Izmailovsky Prospekt, the entrance is open from 9 AM to 10 PM, from the Obvodniy channel embankment passage is possible at any time. By car, travel is possible only from the Obvodniy channel embankment 155 at any time of the day. |

What was bad
There is this one receptionist. I think her name’s Alina, was being so rude to me but I don’t see that when she’s with the Russians. I don’t want to play the race card but I think she’s just being blatantly racist to me. I stayed her during my last visit and the 2 staffs were so lovely but this year it’s just the worst service I’ve received. Such a disappointment. Will definitely not come back here again nor would I recommend my friends to stay
