If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).
The building's facade is under renovation, and the view from the room may be of scaffolding. The estimated completion date for the construction work is May 1, 2025. |

Nice hotel! Very big and clean rooms. Nice design. Coffee, fruits and cookies for free 24/7. Good location! Really not so far from touristic attractions. Next time I gonna stay here again!

the reception can speak English,and they are very nice,help us solve the problem.
I can't download the "yandexgo",the reception help me call to taxi .
The room is comfortable and clean,but just have one basket in room and so small...

Location was like almost centre , they have a supermarket just next to the building where u can buy the stuff especially coffee , there was a smoking room i was amazed to see that.
What was bad
No parking ( only paid )
We were late for checkout like 30 mins and the lady at reception was already screaming. ( we checked in at 6-7 in evening and checked out at 1 almost next day so yeah she could have given us some time)
