Where to start? The hostel owner seems completely incompetent, she is almost never there and prefers to operate the hostel with a code system for the doors, these codes are infuriating and often don't work. She takes many hours to respond to any queries, and is regularly late for check in, one time 3 hours late. The codes on the lockers don't change so there is no security, anyone staying in the hostel could rob you if they wanted. Let's move on
