The stuff is super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful! No issues whatsoever, only pleasant experience. Location is one of the best locations you can select in St. Petersburg to stay for travelling: close proximity to cafés, restaurants, shopping, Nevsky prospect, several metro stations and other public transportation.
What was bad
Hair dryer in the room was very old, but you ask for a good one at the reception.

The hotel is great. The location, and the rooms are also great. Rooms were very spacious and well maintained.
What was bad
The view from the room was not good. It had a courtyard view,but that was not too bad either.
However the service in the fiolet restaurant is extremely poor.
