The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

The facade of the building located near the hotel is subject to restoration within the framework of the city program "Preservation of cultural and historical heritage sites in St. Petersburg". Work on the facade of the buildings is carried out using scaffolding. Noise is possible during the restoration work.

Parking near the hotel is limited. Guests can use the city parking on Marata Street and Kuznechny Lane from 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM free of charge, from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM at a rate of RUB 100.00 per hour.

The main entrance is from 22-24 Marata Street, in the courtyard of the Museum of the Arctic and Antarctic.

To check into the hotel for citizens of the Russian Federation, the following is required: a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, consent from parents if the guest is under 18 years old, a birth certificate for guests under 14 years old, a notarized power of attorney for an accompanying person if a guest under 14 years old is traveling without parents.

For foreign citizens: national passport, visa, migration card, residence permit, temporary residence permit, patent, copies of receipts for payment of the patent, employment contract.
