The State Hermitage Museum Official Hotel is located in a mansion of the 1830s in the center of St. Petersburg. Nevsky Prospekt is within walking distance, and the Hermitage Museum itself is 3 km away. The hotel is located within walking distance from the Vladimirskaya metro station. Moscow Railway Station is 1.8 km away and Pulkovo International Airport is 22 km away.
At the hotel
Guests can visit the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. There is also a sauna and a fitness center. The hotel provides additional services and amenities: free wireless Internet access and concierge services for an additional fee.
Guests are invited to visit Michelangelo, one of the hotel's restaurants. Those who do not want to leave their room are offered round-the-clock room service. There is also a lobby bar with light snacks. Breakfast is offered at the restaurant Ekaterina Velikaya daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM for an additional fee, depending on the rate.

Additional information
Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. Russian citizens are required to have an original valid Russian passport upon arrival. The registration fee for guests who are not citizens of the Russian Federation is RUB 250.00 per person per stay. Children up to 4 years stay free of charge. All older children or adults are charged a supplement of RUB 5000.00 per night per person for extra beds. Extra beds and baby cots are available on request. From Tuesday to Sunday the hotel offers a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Winter Palace. The shuttle departs from the main entrance of the Hotel at 11:00 AM and 03:00 PM, having travelled along the historical St. Petersburg of Dostoevsky and Nevsky Prospekt, arrives at the main building of the museum complex on the Palace Embankment.
A breakfast supplement of RUB 3000.00 per day will be charged for the third and subsequent guests. A deposit of 10,000.00 RUB is required upon check-in for Premium, Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite and Suite rooms to cover any unplanned expenses during the stay. For Imperial Junior Suite, Deluxe Hermitage Suite, Imperial Suite and Presidential Suite, the deposit is RUB 20,000.00. The balance of this deposit is refundable upon check-out.
Opening hours of the spa complex: from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. If guests book Premium, Superior or Deluxe rooms from 3 nights - one visit to the spa complex is included. If guests book Junior Suite, Deluxe and above rooms from 1 night - one visit to the spa complex is included. The cost of visiting the spa complex for hotel guests is RUB 2000.00 for 2 hours per person. A single visit for children under 12 years old is RUB 1000.00. Children under 12 years old can visit the spa only under parental supervision. |
