Front desk is open 24/7. The sports complex and swimming pool will be closed for maintenance from 27 July 2026 to 23 August 2026.

The receptionist Varvara was really amazing and accommodating as a foreigner who speak a little bit Russian I felt so safe and being at home with her.She is really good at her job.And everyone else that was on breakfast on the 10th morning blue dining were fantastic.keep up the good work
