The breakfast rate includes breakfast for the number of adults indicated in the booking and children under 5 years old inclusive. Breakfast for children from 6 years old and up to 11 years old is provided for an additional fee of RUB 1250.00 per breakfast. Breakfast for children from 12 years old inclusive is provided for an additional fee of RUB 2500.00 per breakfast. When booking, guests can specify the child as an adult, in which case breakfast will be included in the rate automatically.

Russian citizens are required to present an all-Russian passport or birth certificate upon check-in for guests under 14 years old. Copies of documents and international Russian passports are not accepted.

The price of the hotel accommodation includes access to the hydro-thermal complex: 1 hour per day. Surcharge for each additional hour of visiting the hydrothermal complex is RUB 2000.00 per person, including children. Each child must be accompanied by an adult. For children, there is a height restriction: the height of the child must be at least 1 meter. On Sundays after 03:00 PM the visit to the hydro-thermal complex is only available for adults. Due to limited facilities due to security measures and to avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend that guests make a reservation for the spa before arriving at the hotel.

The following fees and deposits are collected by the property at the time of service, check-in or check-out.

Rollaway bed fee: RUB 2000.00 per night.

Pets up to 22 kg are allowed. The cost is RUB 3500.00 for the entire stay.

For a room with a city view needs to pay an additional payment of 1000.00 RUB per night.

Children under 18 years old stay free of charge without a bed.

A baby cot or playpen is available free of charge for up to 5 years. From 5 years, the cost is RUB 2000.00 per day.

Breakfast is free for children 10 and under. Children 11 and older are charged full price for breakfast.

For children are offered: a bath (on request), stands or steps for the sink, children's bathrobes in sizes of 110 cm and 140 cm, a child seat in the restaurant (on request). A children's menu is also available, including in the room service. There is a children's channel in the room. In addition, for children, the hotel offers: a separate reception for children, a children's passport, a drink voucher.
