Exceptional stay at Lotte Hotel.
The hospitality is off the charts, and the welcoming atmosphere shows in every detail of the service that the hotel and its staff provide. The location is, of course, very close to St. Isaac’s Cathedral, and compared to the other hotels nearby, in my humble opinion, Lotte is the newest and most enjoyable one. I will 100% stay here again the next time I come back to Saint Petersburg. Thank you from Vietnam.
