The windows of the hotel overlook the embankment of the Griboyedov Canal and the colonnade of the Kazan Cathedral.
A Pan-Asian restaurant and a Georgian bistro are located on site. In summer, a terrace opens on the roof of the building with a view of the domes of the Kazan Cathedral and Singer's houses.
