Additional information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. The hotel operates on a non-contact basis and does not have a reception desk. Guests may check in at any time using an individual access code.
An electronic registration form with contact and passport information is sent to guests 10 days prior to arrival. The form may be completed independently, or registration can be performed using identification cards. On the day of arrival, guests will receive a check-in guide with individual codes for entrance to the building and the room. Guests may also contact the booking department directly. If this method of registration is not suitable, registration is available through an administrator at one of the contact hotels in the Rooms network.
Guests are required to contact the check-in manager the day before arrival at the phone number provided on the voucher to arrange check-in time and key collection.
A child aged 0–17 years may stay free of charge in the main seat.
Non-guaranteed early check-in is available free of charge from 08:00, subject to availability. Guaranteed early check-in is provided at a charge of 100% of the cost of the day preceding arrival.
Late check-out before 04:00 PM is charged at 50% of the cost of the day of departure; after 04:00 PM, 100% of the cost is charged.
Accommodation with pets weighing up to 10 kg is possible for an additional fee: pets up to 5 kg – RUB 500.00 per night; pets from 5 to 10 kg – RUB 1000.00 per night. Please note that a deposit will be charged upon arrival with a pet, which will be refunded if no damage to the room is detected.

What was bad
There is no front desk at this hotel. If you need to contact a staff member, you will have to go to another hotel four kilometers away, which is near the train station. If you unfortunately encounter a bug on the online check-in page, this will be your only option.So I don't recommend foreign tourists to choose this place.

The location was quite good; you can walk to many places without using public transportation
What was bad
I had difficulty contacting the hotel and couldn't communicate with the person on the phone. They directed me to a place far away to get a copy of my passport, and I was kept waiting for a very long time. In total, I lost 5 hours. My taxi fare to the address they sent me to was not covered. I received no apology or explanation. This has been the worst hote
