Additional information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Contactless check-in is provided. There is no reception desk. Guests can check in at any time using an individual access code.
An electronic registration form is sent to the guests 10 days before arrival. The guest can fill it out on their own or register using identification cards.
On the day of arrival, guests will receive check-in instructions: individual codes for entering the building and the room. Guests can also contact the booking department themselves. If this method of registration is not suitable for guests, they can approach one of the contact facility to register through the administrator.
Guests are kindly requested to contact the check-in manager the day before arrival at the phone number indicated on the voucher to arrange check-in time and key collection. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation.
An extra bed on a folding bed is available on request and subject to availability for an additional fee: from April 1 to September 30 and from December 29 to January 8, the surcharge is RUB 1500.00 per day. During other periods, an extra bed is provided free of charge. When booking an extra bed, breakfast is not included in the price and must be paid separately. The cost of breakfast is RUB 600.00.
It is possible to provide a free baby bed as an extra bed. The availability of children's beds must be checked with the booking department in advance.
A child aged 0 to 17 years is accommodated in an empty main seat free of charge. Please note that a child under 7 years old stays free of charge in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Extra beds are available on request and require confirmation from the facility.
Guaranteed early check-in is possible. The cost of the surcharge will be equal to the cost of a day's stay preceding the arrival. The non-guaranteed early check-in service is provided free of charge from 08:00 AM, subject to availability of rooms.
Late check-out before 05:00 PM is charged at the rate of 50% of the cost of the day of check-out.
Late check-out after 05:00 PM is charged in the amount of the full cost of the day of departure.
Pets weighing up to 10 kg can be accommodated. This service is paid separately. The cost of placing a pet weighing up to 5 kg is RUB 500.00 per day, a pet from 5 to 10 kg is RUB 1000.00 per day. When checking in with pets, a deposit of 5000.00 RUB is charged, which is refundable provided that nothing is damaged in the room.
Business travelers are provided with accounting documents.
Check-in is carried out before 00:00. In case of arrival after the specified time, an advance payment in the amount of the cost of the first night's stay is required.
When booking 3 or more rooms, an advance payment of one day is provided, and the conditions for free cancellation may vary.
For bookings from 7 days inclusive, an advance payment is provided in the amount of the cost of one night's stay.
The accommodation facility, according to its internal rules, may charge for additional services not provided on the site.

Breakfast can be ordered via the booking department by phone no later than 07:00 PM on the day preceding check-in. The contact number is indicated on the booking confirmation. Guests can pick up breakfast in the lunch box in the morning in the refrigerator in the common area.
