The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. The consent can be written in free form by hand and does not require notarization.
Foreign guests or stateless persons are required to provide the necessary documents for immigration registration upon check-in. The hotel, in accordance with its internal policies, may charge a fee for additional services not listed on the website.

Good location near to metro and train station. It's on the main road, just count the road number and so easy to find even without asking any people. The public kitchen is big, with 4 refrigerators for guests to store food/drinks.
There is a public workstation for online at the corridor of each floor, though sometimes the wifi broke down and could not be connected. A big locker for storage for every guest is nice too.

i love the staff. even if they cant speak english but they’re helpfull! the bathroom was clean, the washing machine work well, the common room completed with stove. check in really smooth. spaciba!!!
