What was bad
Called to ask how to get there , a young man was at the reception instructing, he was very rude and not clear and didn’t really bother helping. Very bad attitude. The other employee at the reception was a woman , very helpful and professional.

The loft has a great location, opposite Gostiny Dvor. Within walking distance of 2 metro station: Gostiny Dvor and Sadovaya.
The loft has a nice area with a kitchen. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators for guests, microwave, sink and cutlery. It was enough for me to have a comfortable time.
The room was great. Everything is very very beautiful, in the style of a loft + minimalism. My sister and I were delighted.
We only stayed for one night. Satis
