The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. A deposit of RUB 300.00 is charged for each key. When the key is returned, the amount is refunded.
Lock on the locker — RUB 300.00, RUB 100.00 is deducted for use.
For registration of foreign citizens, a surcharge of RUB 200.00 is possible.
Please note that guests will be charged RUB 100.00 at check-out for a change of bed linen.
In case of check-in after 12:00 AM (midnight), guests should inform the hotel in advance about their arrival time. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.
The hotel does not allow children.

The loft has a great location, opposite Gostiny Dvor. Within walking distance of 2 metro station: Gostiny Dvor and Sadovaya.
The loft has a nice area with a kitchen. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators for guests, microwave, sink and cutlery. It was enough for me to have a comfortable time.
The room was great. Everything is very very beautiful, in the style of a loft + minimalism. My sister and I were delighted.
