The staff is very good and the environment is also good.
What was bad
There was no hot water for two days during my stay. For some reason, I took a cold shower at a temperature of more than ten degrees.
В хостеле всегда есть горячая вода, даже когда отключают централизованное горячее водоснабжение. На территории 3 душевых и 2 из них обслуживаются водонагревателем, которому нужно несколько часов, чтобы подать воду горячей.
Сожалеем, что нам не удалось оповестить Вас об этом (очень надеялись, что другие иностранные гости из вашей страны передадут Вам, что нужно было временно ходить в другой душ)

Женщина на ресепшен странна и непонятна всем тем, кто пытается разрушать создаваемые ей чистоту и порядок; кто высокомерен к её усилиям и труду; кто пытается жить неуважительно по отношениям к другим жильцам ♥♥♥♥ Ко всем другим гостям и которых большинство - только отзывчивость, тепло, гостепримство с массой положительных эмоций. ♥♥♥♥

Останавливалась на 2 дня в женском номере. Было хорошо. Хостел аккуратный, уютный, небольшой, тихий 🔇 и для общественного места заметно ухоженный. Постельное бельё было уже заправлено и покрывало пахло приятно свежестью. Из дополнительных оплат предложили взять полотенца, у меня не было своего и отельные тапочки. Цена символическая. Утюг, гладильная доска, фен - в свободном доступе.

Communication is difficult with the administrator of the place and when I wanted to renew another night, she told me that there is no place because I came the last day, despite my attempts to communicate with him, but the door of the administrator's office is often closed
