The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk opening hours 10:00 - 22:00. Check-in is contactless. Instructions and the entry code are provided after the cleaning fee is paid and the required check-in procedures are completed.
For communication, cleaning payment, and receiving instructions, guests are kindly requested to use messenger at the number provided in the booking confirmation.
Guests are advised to contact the property no later than 2–3 days before check-in. Support is available daily until 09:00 PM.
The property features self-check-in with mobile key access. Guests are required to present an original passport upon check-in.
Final cleaning is not included in the rate and must be paid prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit is also charged at the time of booking and returned after departure subject to a damage inspection.
Pets, parties, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Guests are required to respect quiet hours and keep all furniture in its original position. |
