The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Early check-in: from 12:00 AM to 02:00 PM — 50% of the room rate.
Late check-out: from 12:00 PM to 06:00 PM — 50% of the room rate.
For children from 0 to 3 years old, provision of a baby cot (upon prior request) — RUB 2000.00 for the entire period of stay.
For children under 7 years of age, accommodation without an extra bed is free.
For children over 7 years old, the cost of an additional bed is according to the general tariff for the cost of an extra bed.
If there is a delay from 06:00 PM, payment is made for a full day at the accommodation rate. Extension of stay after check-out time is subject to availability. For stays of less than a day (24 hours), the fee is charged per day, regardless of the check-out time. Payment for accommodation and additional services is made in Russian rubles.
Breakfast is available at an additional cost.
Breakfast cost:
