The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. Prepayment must be made by bank transfer or card transfer within 2 banking days, otherwise it will be cancelled.
If guests cancel your reservation less than 14 days before your arrival date, 20% of the total cost will be withheld.
The cost of late check-in is 100% of the cost of the last day.
