Between the houses there is an aqua zone with a swimming pool, a relaxation area with sun loungers, a terrace with a showcase refrigerator, a TV, a barbecue, an ice box and an Alice Max station. On the territory there is a wine cellar, made in the loft style of 19th century brick and furniture made of solid Vietnamese acacia. Classical music is playing in the cellar, it is a place for wine tasting and gatherings with friends.

For those who like to steam up, a Finnish sauna with panoramic windows overlooking the pool is offered. Drinking water flows from all taps. At the guests' disposal: garage for 1 place and parking for 2 cars.

The area of the entire territory is about 0.25 hectares. The houses comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. If desired, you can book each chalet separately. The territory of the estate is guarded around the clock.
