The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 18:00. If the guests will arrive after 07:00 РМ they should notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. The property operates a contactless check-in system, guests must contact the property at the number provided in the booking confirmation to receive check-in information.
The chalet with lake view can accommodate up to 7 guests.
Dogs weighing up to 15 kg and up to 45 cm at the withers may stay with guests at the Country Club. Dogs may only stay in chalets with guests with the consent of the Club's management.
Pets are permitted only in designated chalets.
Pet owners must notify the Club's management of their intention to stay with a pet in advance of booking or check-in. Guests are required to provide information about their pet, including breed, age, size, weight, and any other special characteristics, and to determine whether any special conditions currently apply to their pet's stay at the Club.
Failure to disclose information about a pet on Club property will result in a fine of RUB 10000.00.
The cost of staying with a pet is RUB 2000.00 per night.
When checking into the country club with a pet, guests are required to pay a deposit to cover potential damage to the property. If no damage is found, the deposit will be returned at the end of the stay. If the deposit is insufficient to cover the damage, guests are responsible for reimbursing the amount of damage exceeding the deposit. If additional cleaning and sanitization of the chalet is required, the club administration reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 10,000.00 rubles for this service.
It is not permitted to bathe or shower pets, groom or groom animals, or use towels, blankets, pillows, sheets, or other bedding belonging to the club on pets within the country club premises.
Pet owner obligations to the GlintWood Country Club: Guests are required to bring their own pet feeding utensils. Feeding and watering animals from the club's bowls is prohibited. Guests are required to bring their own litter box or other suitable bedding for bowel movements that do not require walking. Guests are required to walk dogs only with a muzzle, collar, and leash. Guests are responsible for ensuring that their animals are not present during cleaning and/or minor repairs in the chalet. If leaving an animal unattended in the chalet, guests are required to place it in a designated container and notify club staff.
Locking animals in rooms or other areas is prohibited.
Guests are required to dispose of animal waste within the club's premises in designated dog walking bags.
The country club administration reserves the right to terminate the guest's accommodation agreement if any of these rules are violated, if complaints are received from other guests regarding the pet's behavior, and/or if the pet is noisy, aggressive, or unruly.
The final decision regarding the accommodation of guests with pets is made by the country club administration at the time of check-in, and only upon payment of the pet's accommodation fee and a deposit. |
